Stanfield Cause of Death Confirmed to be Strangulation

The autopsy report confirms that Jack Stanfield II died from strangulation.

Ralph Tickle is charged with manslaughter for allegedly strangling Stanfield during an argument over religion early Sunday morning. 

A 911 call and police reports show that Tickle apparently tried to give Stanfield CPR, but Stanfield was pronounced dead at UMC.
