Beyonce's Lawyers Argue Appeal Case In Lubbock - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Beyonce wasn't in Lubbock Wednesday but a lawyer was here arguing on her behalf. 

A Minnesota woman is accusing the singer of illegally using her lyrics in the hit song "Baby Boy." A Houston judge dismissed the case but the woman has appealed.

On Wednesday, the Texas Tech School of Law was the setting for arguments in this high profile appeal. A three judge panel from the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals heard the case but did not make a ruling.
