Police Investigate Fatal Rollover

A fatal rollover is under investigation in Plainview. 

Police say the driver of a Paragon leasing truck rolled the vehicle as he was turning on I-27 and Industrial just before 9 a.m.Thursday morning.

The driver, Robert Kyle Lumpkin of Orange, Texas, was treated for injuries and has been released. His passenger, 43-year-old William Koratsis of Dallas, died at the hospital.
