Extended Hours for Beer Sales Get Tentative Approval in Wolfforth - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Early risers may get to buy their beer a little earlier in Wolfforth.

Thursday evening, the Planning and Zoning Board voted 5-2 to recommend extending the sale hours for beer in Wolfforth.

Right now, beer is sold from 10am until midnight, but the proposal would allow store owners to start selling beer at 8am, the same hours as the Strip.

The final decision will be up to the Wolfforth City Council.
