Prayer Service Held for Local Fallen Soldier

Family and friends gathered in Ralls Monday night to honor their fallen soldier, Randell Olguin, with a prayer service.  The 24-year-old Sergeant was killed last Sunday when insurgents attacked his unit in Baghdad.

On Monday afternoon, Sergeant Olguin's fellow soldiers escorted his flag draped casket into the First Baptist Church in Ralls. At the prayer service, many spoke of his bravery and willingness to serve overseas.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday morning. The funeral will also be held at the First Baptist Church in Ralls.
