The Lubbock Police Department's sex offender unit is searching for a known felon, considered armed and dangerous.

Clifford Lamar Lacy, 50, is a black man, about 5'10" tall, and 210 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes, but a driver's license photo indicates his head may be shaved bald. That photo also shows earrings in both ears, and handlebar mustache.

Lacy is wanted for failing to register as a sex offender, and for parole violation.

If you know his whereabouts, you are urged to call Crime Line at 741-1000.
