For the second time jury selection will begin in the murder trial of Saul Mendez.
Mendez's murder trial is starting over after an outburst in the courtroom led to a mistrial on Tuesday.
He is accused of fatally stabbing Ozell Craft Junior, last September.
Just hours into the trial Tuesday, a witness testified that Mendez tried to kill her on the day of Craft's murder.
Judge Brad Underwood said that statement violated the defendant's right to a fair trial.
Jury selection is set to begin again Monday morning.
