Shallower High School students could have a say in federal legislation.

Students Bryson McCarty, Brent Lovett and their teacher Cindy Couch are in Washington D.C. They're attending a National Teen Driving Safety Summit where students are proposing new driving legislation.

NewsChannel 11 has been following Shallowater students for the past three years as they've aimed to make teens better drivers through their Project Ignition program. Tuesday, they'll share their ideas with Congressman Randy Neugebauer.
