He said he knew she was underage, but didn't know she was 13. Now the 23-year-old will spend the next decade in prison.

Friday, Judge Jim Bob Darnell sentenced Brandon Ray Lewis to 10 years in prison for sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl in front of her home in March of 2006.

The girl's grandfather and father caught the two having sex in the back seat of Lewis' car.

The two met online and had been chatting for a couple of months. This was apparently their first face to face meeting.
