Lubbock Reaches It's First Freeze Overnight - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

After we had record breaking warm temps over the weekend, we are already seeing those temperatures drop nearly 40 degrees just days later. The freezing mark was reached in Lubbock early Tuesday morning. 

The temperature at the Lubbock Preston Smith International Airport reached 32 degrees at 3:47 a.m. This marks the first official freeze of the fall season for the city of Lubbock. Bring in plants and animals that might still be outside. And make sure and bundle up the kids as they make their way to school.
