Firefighters Prepare for Airline Disasters

If you see smoke out near Lubbock Preston Smith International Airport, there is no need to worry.

A mock air craft was ignited Tuesday, as part of a training exercise for firefighters preparing to battle plane disasters.

The Federal Aviation Administration requires the training every few months.

Training will continue for several days this week, weather permitting.
