Lubbock Grand Jury Declines To Indict Ricky Parrish - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Murder charges against a Lubbock man will be dropped. Tuesday, a Lubbock County Grand Jury declined to indict Ricky Lee Parrish.

The district attorney did not comment as to why the grand jury made that decision. But we do know Parrish and Knox had an argument just minutes before the August stabbing at Fred's Gun Emporium.
