AWOL Soldier Arrested by Police

An AWOL soldier has been arrested by Lubbock police. The U.S. Army asked police to help find 19-year-old Dane Butterfield.

Officers arrested him, without incident, around 3:00 a.m. Wednesday. Butterfield is accused of being absent without leave.

He could face a felony charge for leaving the Army during wartime.
