Around 8:30 Thursday evening, a 22-year-old man went out to run errands. When he returned to his home at The Park Apartments in the 5700 block of 50th Street, four black men confronted him and forced him inside his apartment. His roommate, another 22-year-old man was also inside.
Police say the suspects used duct tape to bind the victims at the wrists and ankles and cover their eyes. They apparently beat the men and also stole several items from the apartment like TV's, stereos and video game systems.
Then, the suspects drove off in one of the victim's vehicles. The vehicle is a white 2003 Chevy Silverado extended cab. It has Texas tags 25Y-JC5 and was last seen driving west bound on Loop 289.
If you see the truck, you're urged to call Crime Line at (806) 741-1000.
Again, the victims say the suspects were four black men in their 20's. They were wearing bandanas on their faces, white t-shirts and dark pants.
