Man Leads Lubbock Police On Chase Through Central Lubbock - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

He burglarized a home, stole a car and led Lubbock Police on a 20 minute chase through central Lubbock.

But it all ended in handcuffs for this man around 5:40 p.m. Saturday evening.

It began when the Hispanic man broke into a home at 6103 78th street earlier Saturday afternoon.

Police later spotted the man driving a silver Jetta stolen from the home at 82nd and University.

This began a chase that zig-zagged across central Lubbock for 20 minutes.

When the car got a flat tire in the middle of 36th and University, the Hispanic man decided to desert the car and run.

But he didn't get far, police arrested him at 2416 36th.
