Lubbock Police are searching for a rape suspect who apparently chose his victim at random.

According to police reports, the suspect walked up alongside a black Chevy Tahoe at 42nd and Avenue Q around 12:30 p.m., on Tuesday, October 9. He tapped on the passenger side window with his black handgun, before getting into the vehicle.
