Martin Plans Announcement for Mayoral Election - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Will he run for Lubbock mayor - or won't he? NewsChannel 11 has confirmed that former mayor pro-tem, Tom Martin, will address that very question this week.

Martin continues to serve the city on Lubbock's Metropolitan Planning Organization, as well as the Ports to Plains coalition, and Tex-21.

He lost a bid for mayor in 2006, to current Lubbock mayor David Miller. Miller tells NewsChannel 11 that he has not ruled out a run for reelection.
