Cunningham Guilty of Dragging Lubbock Sheriff's Deputy

A jury has convicted Michael Cunningham in the aggravated assault of a Lubbock County Sheriff's Deputy.

Cunningham dragged Sgt. Mark Lunsford with his car, while trying to run from officers serving a warrant.

The punishment phase of this trial begins Thursday.
