A Nazareth man is dead after an accident in Castro county, early Thursday morning.
Troopers with the Department of Public Safety say it happened around 3:30 a.m. That is when Russell Brent High, 32, ran a stop sign at the intersection of County Road 613 and Farm to Market 168. He hit an embankment and was thrown from his vehicle. High was not wearing a seat belt, and died at the scene.
Troopers do not believe alcohol was a factor in this accident.
