Semi-Truck Spills Cotton Along Highway - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Traffic came to a standstill in north Lubbock Friday night.

Police say the driver of  semi claims his brakes failed and he rolled the truck on its side spilling cotton all over the roadway near North Loop 289 & I-27.

No one was injured but police had to re-route traffic until the mess was cleaned up.
