Jake's Sports Cafe received three violations this summer - including sale to a minor, sale to an intoxicated person and permitting a minor to have an alcoholic beverage.
The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission presented their case before a judge last month, and right now the bar is awaiting a judge's decision.
"Our penalty ranges go from suspension or cancellation or if there's a suspension there's a possibly civil pentality enlue of suspension," said Sgt. Michael Lockhart of the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission. "So in other words, you pay a fine rather than be closed for what ever number of days."
