Suspicious House Fire in North Lubbock

An investigation is underway into a suspicious house fire in north Lubbock.

The fire broke out around 2 a.m. Tuesday at Cornell Street and Boston Avenue, near the Matthews Alternative high school.

Witnesses say no one lived in the home. There is no word on what caused the blaze.
