Smokers Put Your Cigarettes Down

Don't forget The Great American Smoke-Out will be on Thursday.  The event is when smokers are asked to give up cigarettes just for one day, hoping that effort will last a lifetime.

So if you plan to try that tomorrow, remember that the American Cancer Society offers a quit line if you need someone to talk to on Thursday. Just call toll free, (877) 937-7848. Also, you can stop by the United Supermarket on 50th and Ave Q  for some tips and information that might help you get through the day.
