Food for Thought Report 11.15

Our first top performer is delivering perfection. Domino's Pizza at 1708 Parkway Drive is a repeat top performer.

And whether they are prepping, putting on your favorite toppings or getting your pizza in and out of the oven in time to get it to you. General manager Eli Foley says he owes this perfect score to his hard-working crew, "Everybody always tries to stay busy keep clean on everything to make sure everything is done right. We don't want to put out a bad product, so we make sure everything is good here so it goes out to the customers well."

Here is a complete list of the restaurants and their violations for the week ending on 11/15/07.

Customers are also the number one reason our next top performer strives for perfection.

"We're clean people because we don't like going nowhere nasty so we don't like people coming to our place eating nasty," KFC employee Tykulia Williams says.

And can add health inspections to the list of things Kentucky Fried Chicken at 7902 University does right.

So how does it feel to be a first time top performer?

"It's great! It's real great. It's letting us know that we need to keep doing what we're doing and just try to handle our business and keep it running the way we have it running," Williams adds.

And if you're doing the cooking stop by United Market Street at 98th and Quaker. The produce department, grocery, fish market and the meat market were all flawless.
