2007 Holiday Happening Comes to an End - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

The Lubbock Junior League is giving thanks for a successful Holiday Happening. The annual shopping event came to an end Sunday, with more than 15,000 tickets sold.

Organizers are still unsure how much money was raised, but they can say they experienced record sales on Saturday.

They say that is thanks in part to all the OU fans in town, who must have noticed the ad in the Norman, Oklahoma newspaper.
