Lubbock Youth Football League Ends Season with Super Bowls

Lubbock Youth Football League ended their season with a Sunday afternoon full of Super Bowl play. The tournament, sponsored by First United Bank, was held at Lowery Field.

Proceeds collected from entry fees at the gate were donated to area charities. Canned food was collected, as well.

Here are this year's winners:

  • 8 year old division - Patriots
  • 9 year old division - Vikings
  • 10 year old division - Dolphins
  • 11 year old division - Bears and Buccaneers (tie)

The six and seven year olds took home trophies, as well.
