Men Indicted After Allegedly Leaving Child in Car with Drugs - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

They allegedly left a child alone in the car with drugs while they shopped and now two men stand indicted.

Monday, a Lubbock County Grand Jury indicted Eddie Sanchez Junior on a charge of abandoning a child and possession of a controlled substance. Jermain McBrewer was also indicted on a drug charge.

Police say the men left a one-year-old in the car while they shopped inside the South Plains Mall on October 15th. Officers also found a bag of suspected cocaine in the car.
