Spring Game Festivities Planned

Texas Tech football fans will have the opportunity to get autographs and have pictures taken with their favorite Red Raiders following Saturday's annual Red - Black Game at Jones SBC Stadium.

Additionally, the first 1,500 fans will receive a free Texas Tech clicker upon entrance to the stadium. All fans will receive a free football roster, autograph card, the 2002 football poster, and schedule cards will be available. Concessions will be sold throughout the afternoon on the east side concourse.

The spring game is scheduled to kickoff at 2 p.m. and will be preceded by the alumni game at 1:00 p.m. Gates will open at Noon.

The athletic department is asking fans to enter the stadium through Gate 4 on the southeast corner. Admission is free. The west side of the stadium will be closed due to construction, and fans will be seated on the east side.

Texas Tech is the one seed in the regional, and will face 4th-seeded Delaware (34-21). The 2-seed in the regional is Arizona (37-19), and they will face the 3rd seed Sam Houston State (40-20).
