Sprint Customers Experience Cellular Problems in Lubbock - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

If you are headed out of town for the Thanksgiving holiday, you probably made sure to charge your mobile phone, but not even a full battery could prevent the problems experienced by Sprint customers Wednesday.

According to the company, a fiber line was cut in Lubbock Wednesday morning. Sprint customers may have experienced problems dialing long distance, or to land lines.

Sprint says they are aware of the problem, and making the necessary repairs.
