Probation Violation Sends Hockley County Woman to Jail for Ten Years

She was given ten years probation for stabbing her husband to death. Now, 28 year-old Michelle Allen will be spending the next ten years behind bars for violating her probation.

Wednesday, a Hockley County Judge revoked her probation because Allen was arrested twice this year for driving while intoxicated in other counties.

In January, Allen pleaded guilty to manslaughter for stabbing her husband to death during a fight. She received probation but again is now going to prison for violating that probation.
