Around 6:45p.m. Sunday night, a call came into the Lubbock Sheriff's Office about shots being fired.
It happened on north FM 2378 near CR 6400. When Shallowater Police, Lubbock Sheriff's Deputies and DPS Troopers arrived on the scene, they learned that this is an address they had been to for a similar incident, just a few months ago.
"No one was shot," said Maj. Don Carter. "There were shots fired, and there is evidence of that, but no one was injured."
Roommates Daniel Arguijo, Jr., 26, and Marcos Rios, 36, both remain in the Lubbock County jail Monday night, charged with Domestic Assault.
Carter says alcohol was a factor in the dispute.
