Curry County Raises Reward for Clovis Fugitive with Lubbock Ties

The Clovis Police Department and 9th Judicial District Attorney Office is requesting information on the whereabouts of Noe Torres, 28. Information leading to his arrest, is eligible for a reward - now up to $5,000.

A murder warrant has been issued for Torres in connection to the September 15, 2005 shooting death of Carlos Perez, 10. 

Noe Torres

  • Hispanic male
  • Age 28
  • 5 feet 4 inches tall
  • 150 pounds
  • Black hair & brown eyes
  • Tattoo of eagle across his chest.
  • Additional tattoos on stomach, back, & neck.

Current information is that Noe Torres is in the Clovis, New Mexico area, but has ties in Lubbock and Amarillo, Texas as well as Albuquerque, New Mexico.
