Two area prison guards are charged with accepting bribes from inmates.
Kaushon Sharp and Randy Solis were arraigned Monday, on a charge of bribery of public officials. Both men worked as guards at the Giles W. Dalby Correctional Facility in Post.
Sharp is accused of smuggling Lipo-6 fat burning dietary supplements to an inmate for $600.
Solis allegedly smuggled five dollars worth of marijuana for a prisoner.
If convicted, both men face up to two years in prison, and a $250 fine.
