Former Lubbock Pastor Found Competent to Stand Trial

A former Lubbock pastor, accused of compelling prostitution, money laundering, and fraud will stand trial.

Wednesday morning, Judge Sam Cummings ruled that James Cornell Clark is competent, and will stand trial December 10.

Clark is accused of forcing an African exchange student to have sex with him, in exchange for tuition last year.
