Lubbock Fire Department Investigating House Fire

No one was home Wednesday afternoon, when a fire broke out in an east Lubbock house.

Just after 12:30 p.m., fire fighters were called to the residence at 305 E. Tulane.

The fire was contained in a back bedroom, and caused visible smoke damage. Investigators are still trying to determine a cause.
