Wreck Knocks Out Power in Northeast Lubbock - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

One person is hospitalized following an accident in north Lubbock County. Witnesses say the man hit a utility pole on the I-27 access road, near the Tyco plant, around 11 p.m. Thursday.

Witnesses tried to stop the man, but he got back in his car and took off again. He wrecked again just seconds later near F.M. 1294. EMS took him to the hospital with moderate injuries.

 The accident knocked out power to the Tyco plant and several homes in northeast Lubbock.
