Drive-By Shooting Suspect Indicted - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Tuesday, a Lubbock County Grand Jury indicted Airickson Nelson for aggravated assault.

Nelson is suspected of opening fire in a drive-by in the 2400 block of East 7th Street last month. A bullet hit Markus Smith below the knee. 

Coincidently, Smith was also shot earlier this year. Smith was shot in the arm at the 7-11 at 38th and Memphis back in July. It was the same shooting where another man, Chase Pendeleton was shot and killed.
