We begin with our top performers.

The golden arches at the McDonald's at 1910 50th Street are gleaming with perfection this week.

And when it comes to flawless health inspections, "it's more bueno" at our next top performer. Taco Bueno at 4317 50th Street was perfect as well.

Here is a complete list of the restaurants and their violations for the week ending on 12/6/07.

Now to our only low performer.

Ronnie's Restaurant at 5206 82nd Street had six critical violations.

  • French fries were sitting out at room temperature. Hot foods must be at least 135 degrees.
  • A cook was not wearing gloves.
  • There was not a certified food manager.
  • The facility did not have a thermometer for thin foods.
  • The microwave, utensils and pans were dirty.
  • There was no consumer advisory posted about the consumption of undercooked foods.

Management says all violations have been corrected. According to the report, two violations were corrected during the inspection.
