Texas Tech Freshman Arrested in DWI Wreck

A Texas Tech freshman remains behind bars after a crash just before 4 a.m. Friday morning.

Police say she first hit a light pole and a crosswalk sign, at 50th and Avenue P. They say she then drove across the street, and struck the Mi Casa restaurant.

Margot Austin, 18, is charged with driving while intoxicated.
