Gas Prices Dropping - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

The price of gas is moving downward.

The Lundberg Survey says the national average price for a gallon of regular went down about nine cents over the last three weeks.

The average price of regular gasoline on Friday was $3.00 a gallon. The nation's lowest price was in Tulsa, Oklahoma where a gallon of regular cost $2.74.

Right now prices in Lubbock range between $2.84 and $2.85 a gallon.
