Third Candidate Enters Lubbock County Commissioner Race - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A third candidate has entered the race for Lubbock County Commissioner Precinct Three.

Monday, Jerry Russell announced his candidacy on the Libertarian ticket. He says he would be pro-active in repairing county roads and eliminate a county property tax.

Russell is running against incumbent Bill McCay (R) and John E. Miller (D). The election is next November.
