Lubbock City Council To Consider Bond Election

Friday, Lubbock City Council members will consider a possible bond election to fund a youth sports complex at F-M 1585 and Milwuakee. 

The city council could also decide to finance the fields with bonds without voter approval.

NewsChannel 11 is looking into how this issue could impact taxpayers and we'll bring you that story Wednesday.
