It took a Lubbock jury just a little over an hour to convict a former Lubbock pastor. Tuesday morning, James Clark was found guilty of the importation of an alien for immoral purposes.

Last year, Clark brought a student to the United States from Kenya. He then forced her to have sex in exchange for college tuition and living expenses.

Clark now faces up to ten years in prison, and a $250,000 fine.
