Lubbock Man Charged with Stabbing of Wife, Brother in Law

A Lubbock man that allegedly stabbed his wife and brother-in-law is formally charged.

Timothy Haney is now charged with two felony counts of aggravated assault for the October 17th stabbing of his wife, Amy Haney and her brother Curtis May.

Haney also faces two counts of child endangerment for allegedly fleeing the scene with his two children.
