New Candidate Announces Bid for District 19

He's run for the seat at least two times before and Wednesday, Dr. Richard "Chip" Peterson  announced his candidacy for the District 19 congressional seat once again.

The retired Texas Tech professor is running on the Libertarian ticket. So far, he is only facing incumbent republican Randy Neugebauer.
