Lubbock Woman Charged with Arson

A Lubbock woman is behind bars charged with starting a fire inside a duplex at 1907 41st Street.

Firefighters responded to a fire in one of the bedrooms just after 8:30 Wednesday evening. The fire marshal's office says the fire was suspicious, and questioned Kim Bible, 33.

Bible later admitted she started the fire. She has since bene charged with the first degree felony.
