The city employee accused of sexually harassing a female co-worker, at least 20 times, has been let go. He was officially fired on November 27th, and has not yet filed a grievance with the City of Lubbock.
The employee was also accused of having sex in city owned buildings. After the accusations were made, the city requested the employee write a letter outlining his side of the story. He did, and maintained his innocence.
The case was presented to the Lubbock County District Attorney on September 19th, but no charges were ever filed. That's why NewsChannel 11 has not released the employee's name.
