South Plains Food Bank Receives $50,000 Donation

A foundation is helping to feed 21 counties. The Beaumont Foundation sent the South Plains Food Bank a $50,000 check.

That money will help feed the needy all over the South Plains. The food bank also needs volunteers to help sort and distribute food.

If you would like to volunteer, the food bank is located at 4612 Locust Avenue, or you can call 763-3003.
