Haney Indicted for Aggravated Assault

Tuesday, the Lubbock County Grand Jury indicted Timothy Haney for aggravated assault.

Haney is accused of stabbing his wife and brother-in-law on October 17, 2007.

It apparently started as an argument about an alarm clock in their home in the 6100 block of 20th street.
