Former Kohl's Employee Indicted For Diamond Theft

He's accused of stealing $24,000 worth of diamonds. Now, a former Kohl's employee faces up to ten years in prison.

Tuesday, a Lubbock County Grand Jury indicted Reginald Pierson on third degree felony theft charges. He allegedly confessed to turning security cameras off, stealing the diamonds, and then selling the merchandise at a flea market.
